Shipping policy

Sensual Theory will process and ship orders within 3 business days after the order is placed, barring any extenuating circumstances.

It's important to note that Sensual Theory and our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as business days.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is picked up by the carrier and are estimates based on normal processing. This includes all Expedited Shipping methods.

Delivery dates are subject to carrier and weather delays and should be used as an estimate only and are not guaranteed. 

Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate address changes or cancellations.
